Level reset bug

My pickaxe level 65 over 67 million blockes broken resets to level fiv and all my gems are gone but still active

Hello S Saijeprodyt if you think this is a bug try reporting it here. As this is a wrong forums section for a bug, and Developers will review it and check if it's really a bug and to fully accept your report as a bug send a pic of your pickaxe before and after the bug occurs.

In a pickaxe prestige or reset as you mentioned gems don’t wipe out.
