level 25 bugged doesnt register all block

when im mining like 100 blocks it counts as 1 and only way i get blocks is using ex but jh doesnt count at all

This is not a bug, Level 25 needs a specific Enchant to make it the Devs only forgot to put it (i think) but you can use Explosive enchant to Fulfill the task of Level 25.​
