So my friend Olionpolly recently got banned and he had alot of stuff of mine in his base i request a land unclaim, i even asked him if i could make a forum about it.

you cant request a land unclaim for that reason.

i don’t think there is any feature where we can unclaim the land without the owners permission

There is a fixed period of time after which all his claims will get unclaimed so you gotta wait till then
