Lagging in the boss World

Hi, I am a level 20 player, and whenever I jump on the portal to magic mountains and Viking village I get stuck as soon as I land in the zones
I have to rejoin the server so it stops. I wish that this should be fixed

If this is consistently happening in boss world then
record it and report it over at
