This could be because of your ping which is based on how close you are to the server host. You can try using a stronger wifi or hardwire ethernet to your PC

1) For practice related threads you should post it in the practice sub forum not bedwars.
2) Like Yanique1 said it could be because if your ping but the practice server has been lagging a fair bit so it may not be your end. Do you mind me asking what country you live in?
