Is warden considered as a Boss?

Unlike, Wither and Ender Dragon, Warden dosn't have any boss health bar. But this fact leave me to another question, does raid considered as a Boss considering it has the health bar?

It wouldn't be considered a boss since the main purpose of fighting the warden is to be sneaky and silent. Rather than a whole fight and combat. If it was a boss, it wouldn't revolve around stealth and trying to eliminate any threats nearby without making any danger for yourself.
