I was playing on lifesteal when this guy asked me if I wanted to team up, I said yes so he asked me to tp to him. When i did tp to him there was another person in full diamond armour waiting to kill me and took all my loot. The person who wanted me to tp to him was named Zennnn.

As far as I know, TP killing is allowed in Lifesteal.
I also couldn't find any rules related to Lifesteal on your topic on the rules page.

Yes it is allowed to tpa traping players (as i m a lifesteal player too)
Also scamming is allowed in lifesteal
So in lifesteal think before u trust anyone
