Is mystery man system broken?

Hello, I bought today 2 star crates from mystery man 75 + 75 crystals and I didn't get anything in my inventory nor in maildelivery/backpack.
Is this bug? Will I ever get them?

It happened to me too but in other season. You can submit a bug report at: (https://jartexnetwork.com/bug-reports/), make sure to explain all what happened and the steps that u followed so developers can fix as soon as possible, hope it helps you. In case you have any evidence make sure to include it too since you could get the item back again if they consider it necessary.

Mystery Man is indeed bugged (only some of the items though).
It is bugged for about 3 seasons but does not seem to be fixed. The Developers might won't be aware of this bug. But, You can create a bug report in order to get it fixed. Click here to create a bug report!
In the Bug Report, explain how this happened. Would recommend uploading evidence of how this happened. The Developers will be aware of this bug and fix it as soon as possible.
