Mystery Man scamming people

well today i just bought a tier 4 star crate (75 crystals) and it didnt give me the crate but he scammed my crystals. And yesterday happened like 4 times too i bought like 3 tier IV star crates (225 crystals) and it didnt give me the items but to go away with my crystals, and also with a tier V star crate (100 crystals). Is there anything y'all can do about this?
