Is brewing stand available in prison server?

I was navigating through my cell settings and i came across a setting called "Interact brewing" which allows players to brew in the cell. I cant find brewing stand in the shop. So, i just want to know whether brewing stand is obtainable item in prison server?

This setting has been around for many seasons and I think this should be removed because you can't get brewing stand or any potions in Prison now.
