Hello, dear JartexNetwork players!

Get ready for an exciting new season of Prison here at JartexNetwork.
We're thrilled to announce the upcoming season, packed with lots of improvements, additions, and changes that will make your gaming experience even better.


This season is designed to give you a more immersive and enjoyable experience, with lots of entertainment and challenges.

You can see most of the changes we've made and what's new below.
But if there's still something you want to change, just let us know in this thread before the release. We're open to your ideas and can consider making more changes based on your feedback.

End of the world​

To celebrate the end of the season, we will be hosting an end-of-season event. At around 3 days before the release, we will be placing reset signs at spawn which you can click and claim a number of rewards; Free items, Free gkits, Millions of in-game money, and Tons of free experience to level up your overpowered armor. Everyone will be able to finish their rank-ups because you can get everything for free. You can fight with everyone without the fear of losing your gear you have weeks to gather. So clearly this is the event everyone should participate in! Hop in prison and have fun!​

New! Spawn​

​

Within the bustling cityscape, a fearless leader emerged, ready to pull off the ultimate heist in our bank heist spawn.​

With a brilliant tactician, an experienced veteran, and unwavering comrades, their grand scheme was set in motion.​

Are you prepared to join this audacious crew and become part of an electrifying adventure, as we unlock the secrets and wealth of the city?​

A new spawn with a bank heist theme.​

The PVP arena contains outposts again that you can capture with your gang.​

Looking for some help? There are plenty of NPCs explaining all the features.​

Supply drops will spawn all around the Pvp-Arena​

A new seasonal crate has been added again.​

Removed! Crystals​

We have some news about our core system of JartexNetwork Prison.​

​

We're taking a major step to make things less confusing and more straightforward for all players.​

To achieve this, we're saying goodbye to crystals, which were causing a lot of complexity with different types of money in the game.​

​

From now on, we'll be using Experience for everything that used to involve crystals.​

This shift is all about making the game easier to understand and more enjoyable for you, our valued players.​

We believe this change will lead to a smoother and more user-friendly experience for everyone involved.​

​

New! Booster Potions​

We have another update to share that will make the game easier to understand. Boosters, which used to be stored digitally in a place called /boosters, will now become physical items called potions. This change is all about making things simpler for you and your gaming experience.​

​

A better overview of physical rewards.​

The good thing about this change is that it will also make it much clearer which rewards you're getting. This is especially important now because all block-related items will go into your backpack. So, with boosters as potions, it will be easier for you to see and use the rewards you earn, making your time in the game even more enjoyable.​

The following 5 booster potions are added within this new season:​

New! Inventory Storage​

We're rolling out a noteworthy alteration to how you acquire mined blocks, and it's all about improving your gaming experience.​

​

No more blocks inside your inventory.​

Starting now, to gather the blocks you mine, you'll need to have a backpack. Blocks will no longer clutter your inventory; they will be exclusively stored in your backpack. This change is geared towards making inventory management a smoother and more enjoyable process.​

​

With booster potions now as physical items and this new system in place, you'll have better control and organization over your resources, allowing you to concentrate on your mining quests without worrying about inventory space.​

New! Experience Enchant​

​

We're thrilled to introduce a brand-new enchantment to enhance your mining adventures: Experience.​

​

This enchantment brings an exciting twist to your mining experience, as it has the potential to grant you even more experience points while you're hard at work in the depths of the mines.​

This enchantment can be purchased with soul gems and has a maximum level of 50.​

The experience enchantment is chance-based to boost your experience, so the higher the level, the bigger the chance and boost.​

Updated! Token Flip​

​

We've taken a step to align Token Flip more closely with our token economy.​

​

We have increased the maximum allowed amount.​

This change means you can now play Token Flip with higher stakes, potentially earning more tokens as you test your luck and skill. We believe this adjustment will bring even more thrill and excitement to the game, giving you a chance to earn more rewards and engage more deeply with the token economy.​

​

So, get ready to flip and win big in Token Flip, and let the tokens flow!​

Updated! Inmates​

​

For next season we will be making changes for our inmates. Specifically, we've given a significant boost to the Money and Token inmates, doubling the amount of resources they produce.​

This enhancement is designed to make your prison management experience even more rewarding and engaging.​

​

The Experience Inmate​

But that's not all! With the removal of crystals from the game, we're making room for a new addition: the Experience inmate. This fresh face in your prison will help you earn valuable experience points, further enriching your gameplay. Say goodbye to the old and welcome the new as we continue to fine-tune the prison experience for your enjoyment.​

Updated! Token Shop​

The /tokenshop has undergone a complete transformation, and it's now a dynamic, daily rotating shop filled with different items for you to purchase.​

​

New items every day.​

This means that each day, you'll find a fresh selection of items available in the /tokenshop, giving you a new reason to visit and explore what's on offer. We've revamped the shop to make your experience more engaging and rewarding, ensuring there's always something interesting waiting for you.​

​

Brand new items to purchase​

This new token shop comes with a lot of new items that you can purchase, such as Booster Potions, Token Armor, Token Sword, Golden Apples, Experience, Pet Experience, Seasonal Rank Vouchers, Autominer Time, Class Containers, Pets, and Crate Keys​

​

With this change, we have moved the seeds that you require to feed your pet to Farmer William, who will now also sell you those required seeds for the pet fruit.​

​

Updated! Outposts​

​

In our ongoing efforts to ensure a fair and balanced PvP experience, we've made an important adjustment. We have decided to reduce the damage boost provided by the outpost from 10% to 5%. This change is aimed at leveling the playing field and promoting fairness in all PvP encounters.​

​

A fair playground for everyone.​

By lowering the damage boost, we are striving to create a more balanced and enjoyable PvP environment for all players. We believe this adjustment will lead to more strategic and exciting battles, where skill and tactics play a more significant role in determining the outcome. Get ready for a new era of competitive gameplay, where victory is within reach for everyone!​

Updated! Lucky Blocks​

We can not leave behind our Lucky Blocks that fill up the mines. These Lucky Blocks have been around for a while, and we haven't given them any changes recently so that is why for this season we will be updating them.​

​

A bigger number of tokens.​

We've made changes to boost your chances of striking it lucky. Now, these Lucky Blocks will yield even more tokens than before.​

​

Updated! Mystery Man​

The Mysterious Item Dealer in the game has received an overhaul. We've given their inventory a major makeover, adding new items and refreshing existing ones.​

​

Plenty of items have been added.​

Now, the Mystery Man will feature all the missing and promised items from past reset announcements, giving you access to a wider range of goodies.​

We've also adjusted the prices and stock of existing items to make them more balanced and accessible.​

Updated! Soul Cave Shop​

We're thrilled to share some fantastic news about the Soul Cave shop in the game! We've given it a makeover, adding exciting new items, fine-tuning existing ones, and making some adjustments to prices.​

​

A new roster of items.​

With these updates, the Soul Cave shop now offers a wider variety of choices, ensuring you have even more options to enhance your gaming experience.​

Whether you're looking for something brand new, improvements on existing items, or simply more affordable options, the revamped Soul Cave shop has got you covered. Items such as an Experience Dice, a seasonal tag, and a new special set will be making their appearance.​

A change in price.​

The following items have received a decrease in their price:​

Updated! Exp Shop​

We've been hard at work this season, fine-tuning all our shops to provide you with an even better gaming experience. In particular, the Exp Shop has undergone a significant overhaul, with exciting additions, alterations, and price adjustments.​

A broader selection of items as well.​

This means that the Exp Shop now boasts a fresh selection of items, giving you more options to spend your experience points on. We've also carefully balanced the prices to ensure that everything is fair and accessible.​

​

We have added gem boxes and kit vouchers.​

On top of that, we have changed the Experience to Token Conversion rate to be more fitting.​

​

Misc. Updates & Changes​

Multiple minor changes have been made, some of these small changes are the following:​

Updated payouts menu.​

Added a new seasonal pet.​

Added a new seasonal class, only available this season.​

Added a new seasonal special set.​

Added new tags.​

Buffed the AFK Loot Box​

Updated the /boosters menu.​

Removed the monkey pet.​

Added experience to the scoreboard.​

Golem pet boosts experience instead of crystals.​

The seasonal lootbox is now limited time only.​

Fixed! Bugs​

We did our best to polish and fix as many existing bugs inside the Prison server.​

We have looked through all the bug reports and managed to fix them. If you come across any bugs with the new release, make sure to report them at our forums under the bug reports section.​

Fixed the beacon finder enchant not working.​

Fixed items from Dark Soul Shop not being given.​

Fixed fixed PvP being enabled outside of the PvP region.​

Fixed fly being enabled in the soul cave.​

Fixed playtime resetting.​

Fixed some playtime rewards not being given.​

Fixed fruit not rendering properly.​

Fixed randomly being warped outside of PvP arena when walking around.​

Fixed Star Crate turning in to a playerhead.​

Questions & Answers​

Why does prison reset?​

​

Prison is already up for some time. A reset has to happen to change and improve with lots of excellent new features, to make the game more exciting for you all! This then allows you players to have a fresh start and new players can begin to play without any significant disadvantage.​

​

This means all cells, items, money and the map will be reset. Nothing will be kept leftover from the previous map. I know this must be a disappointing revelation for a lot of you, but think about the exciting new changes, the new alliances you can forge, the new map, the new features and updates the different kinds of gameplay, and style provided with this update will surely make it a worth-while and exciting reset!​
