Information gets stored based on usernames. So you'll have to change your official username to exactly match your cracked username, or just start a fresh account. Management doesn't transfer data I think.

U can set ur acc to old one in premium by typing /cracked in game

i don’t think you can do anything regarding it but you can create a ticket regarding your issue so that manager (rodagave) or owners can look into your issue
