BedWars Improvement for bedwars update if u dont want and its too op dont make the update happen

First can u add something in bedwars called hobar manager it work like this if u want your blocks to be like a certain slot for example here 7 when u buy wool and any block thats block goes to the slot 7 directly and add when a person have tnt with them they have to have a red mark on their head( this is not nessary but and adtion) sometimes when i final kill fireball somebody it does not register my kill plz fix it

I am pretty sure the fireball thing is a glitch, and I don't think a Hotbar manager is required.
