Hello, JartexNetwork players.
It has been a while since we gave some love to our most popular gamemode, so today we decided it was that time again to release another BedWars update. This is a update containing new features, balance changes, and a lot more for you to discover.
With great pleasure and joy, we can officially announce that the season has been released on Saturday 24th April 2021.

New! Brand new maps.With an update like this we can not leave behind the new maps. As requested we added a bunch of new maps. This time we gave Quadruples mode some extra maps as well. Due to negative feedback we decided to remove the map Rome. Goodbye Rome, you will be gone but not forgotten.

New! Shop Keeper skinsThis got also suggested many times, and we took the time to implement it; Shop Keeper Skins. We will be able to add plenty of shop keeper skins with this newly created system as well, but for now you will be able to unlock and select 5 skins.

So now not only you can win in style, but those shop keepers helping you get that victory will have their time to shine too! 
Updated! GeneratorsAll of the generators will now be 10% faster in both Triples and Quadruples mode. This means you will be able to gather more resources in those two gamemodes in a shorter period of time compared to solos and doubles. We will be looking closely to this to maybe adjust further balancing in the future.
Updated! In-game Shop BalancingWe have made some small adjustments to the in-game shop as well. The following items have had a price change, this was highly suggested by the community and we saw no reason not to implement this small balancing change.

Updated! Combat systemYou might not be able to see it, but with the update we had a full clean-up on our end. The code has been tweaked, optimized and just in general been giving a much needed revamp. Because of this we were able to handle combat in a more detailed way. You will now also receive your kills for the following:
Killing a player with a fireball
Killing a player with TNT
Now your 360 no-scope fireball shots will no longer go to waste!
New! Match recapsEver wanted to flex on your friends on how fast you ended a game, or did you manage to destroy every single bed in your game? With the newly implemented match recap system you will be able to do so. After your match ended you will receive the option to view a match recap, this recap will take you to a small webpage containing all the info of your played match. We will be adding to option to view your match recaps in the lobby soon as well, so stay tuned for that!
Updated! StatisticsWe also improved some statistics for your games overall. These changes include the following:
Highest Win Streak
Upon reaching a new winstreak it will now keep track of your highest win streak too! There has also been added a leaderboard for this in the lobbies.
Losses when your team wins
You will no longer receive a loss when your teams wins, and you're still spectating. You will be granted the win as well as your winstreak will continue.
Losses on /leave
Previously, /leave would not count as a loss and your winstreak would not be update, this has now been fixed. Leaving mid game will count as a full loss.
Misc. Updates & ChangesHere's a list of some of the smaller things that have been added with this update.
- Fixed squid bed destroy effect.
- Fixed mobs spawning
- Fixed team protection upgrade
- Fixed cosmetics unequipping
- Fixed non-rankers having access to iron cosmetics with voting rank.
- Fixed getting kicked when you walk on farmland.
- Fixed games ending twice
- Fixed spectators being stuck
- Fixed no fireball cooldown
- Fixed breaking blocks with water buckets
- ... and much more.
