Hello, players of JartexNetwork,

We're excited to announce the launch of a new immortal factions season, which will open its doors on Saturday, March 6th, at 8:00 PM CET. It will begin with a one-week grace period, after which a map lasting 5 weeks will begin.

We have read through all the suggestions posted on the forums and it is getting harder and harder to come up with some amazing new features, we do however still think we got a couple of nice new features/changes for you this season!

Within this forum post will all the changes we made and plan to make be listed. If there is still something you want changing, feel free to reply to this thread before its release and suggest something to add, remove or improve.

So let's not make it any longer and go straight to a full list of fixes and new features, since that's what you all are interested in!

Cane Top
For this new reset, we will also be hosting a cane top competition this season. The top three who grind the most cane after the first week of the release will receive these rewards. Winners will be picked and announced a week after the map starts. The announcement will be on the same day that TNT enables.

Raid Event
We will also host a Raid Event for factions immortal. This event will be hosted in the middle of the season and more events about this event will follow!

In this event, you will have to make your cannon and you will need to raid the big base we have pasted at the coordinates that are going to be broadcasted at our server chat. So prepare your TNT, Golden Apples & Gear and prepare for this awesome raid event! 3 Factions will be able to win this event. By winning this event you will receive awesome Permanent GKits, Seasonal GKits, Awesome GKit loot, keys & Much more items that you need to win the FTOP competition!

Here is your list of changes for this reset. I'd recommend giving it a good read-over to make sure you're familiar with everything you're going to see.


Builds / Worlds

A new season of course means a brand new spawn this season we will be going with a pirate map. We love how it turned out and we hope you do too!

Around this spawn will there be a pirate-themed warzone, which includes 4 different KoTHs you can enter.
Each hour you will also be able to find supply crates that have been dropped within this warzone, the supply crates are chest you can click to receive some great rewards!

There is a total of 20 corners

• OverWorld (/spawn)
  • The border for overworld will be 10,000 x 10,000 (-5,000 to 5,000) - Spawn in the middle
  • 1,000 x 1,000 warzone
  • Koth at each side of /spawn close to spawn.
  • Flat and easy warzone for smooth PVP, less/ to no trees, and no grass.
  • All chunks preloaded
• The End (/warp end)
  • The border for endworld will be 10,000 x 10,000 ( -5000 -> 5000) - warp in the middle
    • Flat sandstone from Y:1 to Y:30
    • 1 Koth
• Pirate World (/warp pirate)
  • The border for pirateworld will be 7,500 x 7,500 ( -3750 -> 3750) - warp in the middle
    • Flat sandstone from Y:1 to Y:30
    • Outpost will be located within this world
• Roman World (/warp roman)
  • The border for romanworld will be 7,500 x 7,500 ( -3750 -> 3750) - warp in the middle

Custom Enchantments

We have looked over all enchants, we revamped enchantments removed enchantments, and much-needed buffs and nerfs are also done.
We also have decided to remove a couple of enchants to get things more balanced, and we have completely removed the custom enchantment orbs.

AuctionHouse

The auction house received an update and we have made some significant improvements to the auction house. We will be giving you a lot more control over your own auctions by adding the following features.

• Stock
  Right now you can only list one item at a time or a full stack for a set price. This reset will change, you can now put any amount of items on the auction house and set a price per item you would like. For example, you can put 50 eggs on the auction house each for $100 per egg, any user can then select how many items he wants to purchase.
  
  
• Bumping
  Newly placed items are always on top of the auction house list, your listed items will also automatically expire after 24 hours. We are now introducing auction house bumping, for a set price you can expand the time your items are listed, so there will be no need to add your items again to the auction house!
  
  
• Buying more items
  Since we now give you the option to list for example your whole inventory have we also added the feature so you can select how many items of this person you want to but, you can select one item, a full stack, or maybe even a full inventory.

Not only have we added the features above we also fixed a bug with the bidding and have enabled the bidding system again.

Faction Token Shop

You can earn faction tokens by completing your faction missions, the daily and leveled missions. Those tokens can be used to purchase brand new faction perks, but once you have them all unlocked are the tokens useless.

This is why we are introducing a faction token shop, within this token shop you can purchase items that can be useful for you and your faction. This way there is always a use for your faction tokens.

Printer

A new way to get things done with ease. We are introducing /printer to make it easier to use schematic mods for your buildings. This has been suggested a lot, and with this new Faction server, we think it's a good opportunity to add it.

Transfer Shop & mobcoins

Mob Coins were in need of a revamp, this is why transfer has been completely set up again. All the prices have been redone, new stocks have been introduced and of course, we couldn’t just update it without some brand new items available! The drop chances for blazes have been buffed drastically, so if you are looking to make some quick mobcoins I suggest getting blazes!

Not only this, but we also split up transfer into 2 different Mob Coin Shops.

• Static Shop
  The shop will always have the same items on sale. You know what you are grinding for, and these items can be instantly purchased when you have a sufficient amount of Mob Coins for it.
  
  
• Rotating Shop
  This is the current shop you are all already familiar with, this shop will have more special, and unique items listed every single day. Those items have limited stock so be quick to buy them!

Custom Tablist

At Factions Immortal, the tab has a new look! Instead of showing the nicknames of 80 players, you will now see really useful information for your day to day experience on the server.

This information, you will be able to see, with the touch of the tab button, information about your own faction and as well basic information about you.

Faction Warns & Strikes
Factions already has several rules put in place that will affect the faction’s experience and how winners are determined. Please familiarize yourself with it all the rules in-game. This season we took the time to make all the factions rules more organized and easy to find within the game with a GUI. Simply use /f rules and go through all categories of rules, they also show what the strike is for breaking those rules.

Misc. Updates & Changes​

Here's a list of some of the smaller things that have been added with this update.

• The number of members won’t impact the Faction Shield, it’s now 12-hours for everyone
• Patched invsee bug
• Made so banknotes will say for example 1.000.000 Million
• Removed blocks placed in /stats
• Changed KOTH times.
• Spawners will act as sponges, no more liquid blocks around them
• Sand bots require confirmation when buying
• Supplycrates completely redone with new loot.
• TrayPickaxes are added.
• Updated the broadcasts.
• Fixed /f setbase.
• Fixed redstone crash method.
• /f tntunfill added.
• Buffed mobcoins.
• Remade transfer completely with new loot.
• Fixed throwable creepereggs within warp fps.
• Updated wild teleport distance
• Updated all plugins.

Questions & Answers

Why did factions immortal reset?
Factions just needed a reset, it wasn't updated for weeks so to make factions work again was a reset required. So here it is a fresh new factions with updates!

This means all claims, items, money and the map will be reset. Nothing will be kept leftover from the previous map. Of course, all purchases will be reissued so nobody will be out of pocket in that regard. I know this must be a disappointing revelation for a lot of you, but think about the exciting new changes, the new alliances you can forge, the new map, the new features, and updates the different kind of gameplay and style being provided with this update will surely make it a worth-while and exciting reset!
