My recommendation for you bro
-Use editing software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and such to create your thumbnails.
-Utilize the use of cuts and transitions to not make the video dull or mundane.
-Just be unique and experiment
-And don't plagiarize thumbnails or content from other people.

I know you're a kid but enjoy editing these types of videos, it'll help you drastically in the future especially with school works.
