I want to Upgrade My cell size and it says i need to Prestige

So when I go to Upgrade my cell size it says I need to prestige and when I go to prestige it says I need to be at the highest rank. How do I Upgrade my rank? So I can Upgrade to thug rank in prisons.

Actually, you need to /rankup from
A to Z and after reaching Z u got to use /prestige command so you have reached prestige 1 and each level on upgrading requires higher prestige and this rank up Haven’t got anything To do with your account rank (thug or criminal or..)
