Hey. So I bought a rank a while ago and I joined kitpvp and I realized I don't have my hero rank, I don't know if it was because I changed my name or because I haven't been on in a while 2EY964797V828724X that was my key for when I bought the rank.

So the problem is that
JartexNetwork saves your rank and stats in us USERNAME, unlike premium servers who save it in ACCOUNT UUID.
Now here's what you can do
1. Change your username back to your previous username
2. Use a cracked launcher to play with your previous username.
3. If you don't want to change your username, You can buy rank transfer Here.

The server doesn't support names being changed, which simply means that your rank would be on the name you bought the rank in. Try looking for the IGN (in game name) you bought the rank in and play in that or transfer the rank to your new name, which requires 10 euros. Or, change your premium account name back to the name that has the rank just like mentioned. If you think that you lost your rank in the same name you bought the rank in, then make a payment issue on jartex forums by going to the payment issue page and owners will try helping you out with the situation.

Don't share your transaction ID to other people especially in a public thread.

They made it that you have to buy it because people will constantly keep changing rank for no reason. They should have made buy like 1 or 2€.
