Hello. Scamming is allowed on Prison, so there is nothing punishable in this case. Also your items/ranks cannot be back after you got scammed.

No need for such rudeness, prison, factions and life steal ( altho not written yet on rules ) have scamming as something allowed since it respects the theme altho I feel you. If you want you can try get the user in an other gamemode where scamming is not allowed and see if he will scam you there too, make sure to record and report it here in forums.
