I got scamed by Sizy741. help!

A player named Sizy741 scamed me, killed me, and stole my pickaxe. this pickaxe was a efficiency 15 and Fortune 15. i went back to him to take a screenshot. he tried to scam and kill more peaple. when i told him to return my pickaxe he changed the spam text to "./warp fps for pvp" this at first was "./warp fps" also we couldn't hit other players there. i hope the screenshot i attached will be shown. please do something!!!

Scamming is allowed in prison. Use /trade to make safe trades and don’t accept teleportation requests from people you do not know.
