It might be a false ban. Try to contact a staff member like Verwelkte (he/her actually responds) Or wait for 24 hours. If u had high ping then anti-cheat got mistaken and banned you. Hope this helps.

well just wait for the time being or talk w some helper or staff (tho most of them don even reply or care much in my experience ) and screen share gotta be false ban cus of ur ping.
