a staff has punished you directly and not from some report
If staff punishes you directly then for things like swearing, spam, flooding, foreign language they give a warn first
So lolo warned you as soon as he saw that
But your msg was inappropriate which isnt tolerated that well and is a direct mute (anywhere mc server / discord)
