I can't access my vault!??!!

Hello, JartexNetwork players. Until recently, I have been storing my shulkers and other items in my player vault. Now, when I do the command, it doesn't work, and says I don't have access to that command. Is this supposed to happen? [sorry idk bc I haven't been playing for a while]

Playervaults have been temporary disabled, there is NO ETA on this.
