How do I access my vault and is it free?

Hi I really want to know if it's free to have 1 or not and if yes what command to warp to it??

You can access the vault by doing this command /pv 1, some servers don't have a free vault and if you want to get more, you will have to get a player vault voucher which increases the number of vaults you can have.
