BedWars How to stay crouched

So basically what I want is, I wana stay crouched while typing, pressing 'e', etc... I saw a person doing so, So I decided to ask the question here.
I know this isn't a bedwars related question, but any help would be greatefull

you cannot crouch while typing, you must have a special mod and that mod is not allowed as it gives an unfair advantage

Actually after talking about it with staff it may be allowed so please confirm with them
