You can do /ah and check some kits that other players sell after you acquire enough money to buy some sets.

You can farm money by buying some op sets and killing other players, Killing a player will give you 2$ and getting a Killstreak will give you higher Money as you get your killstreak higher too, and repeat the method, Buy sets, Kill, Farm Money, and again.

You can also get money by fishing and selling the stuffs you get.

You can get money by Voting and Opening Voting Keys.
