By voting, you will receive voting shards, which then can be used for getting the Iron Rank.

Here are the amount of shards needed for The Rank for certain time:-

1 day = 24 voting shards
1 month = 200 voting shards

You just have to vote daily and get your Free Iron Rank!

3 days = 24 vote crystals
31 days = 200 vote crystals
