When in minigame you dont need to worry about real name, just report the nickname staff will manage the rest
although in other gamemodes its your job to get the realname using ./realname

Just report the player with nickname and give the proof like screenshot (if you have any) and later give the real name.

You don't have to give the real name of the nicked player, as Kaivalya stated; report the user on (report) under chat or gameplay, and a staff member will check the user's name to punish them. It would help them a lot only if you reported them. /realname is only for other gamemodes such as practice, immoirtle faction, kitPVP, and more.
