How to be in the Monthly Voting Leaderboard

I always try to be the lb of voting every month but i just don't appear there .. Can someone help me with that pls.. I really want a rank on Jartex..

The only way is to vote daily. You should have a premium account to vote all the links.

Nah those links are linked with Mojang.

But how do some ppl get more than 10 votes each day?

That's only for the first day. Links resets vote after Jartex resets vote lb, so there is a time gap, and if you vote between that gap you get extra votes.
