How does one obtain a Player vault?

I saw that in the mines there were ender chests but it said I need a player Vault, where can I buy one and how Much are they?

if you get Lowest rank ( Thug ), You will get +1 Player vault, the higher rank, the more vaults you have

• Player vaults are obtained by having a donator rank. The higher the rank, the more vaults you are able to have. You can also obtain them via Player Vault Vouchers, however you'll only have access to the /pv command with Thug or higher. You can take a look at all the ranks for Prison on the webstore.​
