i want to buy a carrot minion but dont know how to get enchanted carrots

You get it in the silver zone, in bossworld.

You can get E. carrots from silver zone ( rember anyone can attack you , as pvp is enabled in the silver zone) by unlocking lvl 20 . See levels by /level or purchaes from player sell for very low rate
