I did a payment Issue Forum page to get assitance from The owners,

So I bought A Crystal Rank for 31 Days with a Giftcard I won, and I didnt received it.
I created a Payment Issue to get Help.
10 Days Later (Yesterday 14/02) I got a notification on my phone that Voodoo Messaged me about it being Solved.
I come Home check on minecraft, and what do I see on My ranks. NOTHING

Its honestly dissapointing.
So what Im asking for right now is, Why do you all say ''Solved'' When nothing is even Happening.

Hello Mack, I see you had a payment issue that the owners resolved. When you create a payment issue, I believe they transfer the money back to your bank account but do not assign the rank. I would suggest checking your bank account or waiting for a while, depending on how long it takes for the transaction. Have a good day!

As said i used a giftcard and I tried it again but the giftcard said Expired

Oh, my bad then. I would suggest Dming the owner on discord and wait but ask a Sr.Mod if you can create another payment request if you don't receive a Dm from them within a period of time
