help me i get 6oo ms in jartex but not in other servers

nothing in background downloading and i closed my all apps

I also have higher ping, whenever I restart my router I get like 2000+ MS, I guess.

yeah you can check that also , like an windows update is there , or it might be because of apps running in backround , you can go to task manager and close the unwanted apps..

maybe lot's of devices connected to your router using the internet (streaming videos, downloading content, etc...) that gives you high ms
