gkit and season crate key

i claimed the 1200 hours for playtimerewards and i only got the knight rank voucher, the gkit and seasonal crate key were missing. even if i did /gkit it told me i had no access to any of the gkits

Hey, the playtime rewards might be bugged. If you ever encounter any bugs on the server, make sure to make a bug report here. You can also try checking the rewards in /gift.

U get access to gkits when you buy them either from site or from gold with /goldshop @spawn and seasonal crate is bugged, there is no seasonal crate and players have already reported you might as well report https://jartexnetwork.com/bug-reports.
