Gem boxes bug

After few hours of mining, I got legendary box, without collecting other boxes before so I wanted to collect everything at once...I had common and rare boxes in my pv and when I typed /keys, didn't get ultimate and legendary box in my inventory..is there any way to get them...?

If you think it's a Bug report it Here. as for your Boxes there's no way you can retrieve it but you can prevent others and you experience this again by reporting it as a bug.
