game not opening

today i started minecraft and server is not joinable. its saying cant connect to the server. ip was correct and still not able to join . then i somehowjoined server and it automatically got disconnected. my friend got same problem. even server is dead today. why is it so? (please dont comment on gammer i wrote in hurry)

TY for your help.ILL try these ips. But i think many players are getting these problem bcz jartex was dead today . So less players were there.
also my friend was not able to join server. Were any1 else also getting this problem? i think this was server problem today.
