Fps lag ?

I am pretty good at bedwars and at bridging.So i wanted to record a video about bridging guide.I normally get like 200 fps but whenever i use a screen recorder my game lags and it makes unable to play or record.Any soultions for this ?

Use OBS if u aren’t already and search up yt vids for the best settings
