false ban by console

i got banned by console because i jumped when i started farming and when the anti-afk grinding verification popped up i couldnt move and got banned for cheating is there a way i could get a shorter ban or a unban.

Send an screenshot with taskbar in assistance chat. And tag a staff with team screenshare role (and with team factions since you got ban from factions)
