Hello, this usually happens alot because the Anticheat sometimes flags some IPs which it suspects to be Bots, so it blacklists them from joining. I'm sorry you faced this issue. To fix it:

• Turn off your router for 5 minutes, and than re-open it. It fixes the issue 90% of the time, if not:
• Screenshot the ban-page along with the taskbar included in one screenshot and post it in #assistance-chat on our discord server. An Helper or Helper+ will whitelist your IP, granting you to play the server again.
