BedWars Does haste effect bedwars PVP?

When my teammate bought haste I felt like my hit register is better and my attack speed is slightly faster, I think haste does effect PVP, some says haste only boost mining speed.

Nah it just looks faster. It only helps in mining not pvp.

idk honestly I think for normal vanilla it doesn't but for modded bedwars if definitely its like the same as buying prot 1 from the upgrades shop haste is basically prot 1 with better hit register if u play 1.16 and above but 1.8.9 not much diff

Haste only makes ur sword swing faster, its just a visual difference but like actual pvp it wont affect, no matter the mc version u use
Haste is not a good thing to buy unless someone has obby, its mostly a waste of 2 diamonds, u rather save it up for prott levels
