Does a rank voucher reset?

Does a Perm rank voucher get deleted if you leave it in the /pv or the inventory before the reset.
When you log on to the server on SBD after the reset, will it still be there ?

No, it wont be there
Only the claimed permanent rank will be with you next season
Not the voucher
