Yes, simply cause of the in-game benefits that have a rank gives you

I think the others think it's like you only put money and grind on the game which you are really good at and most of the rank ppl have high lvl also

It's the same with the level, for example: If you are a 54-55 lvl (or higher idk) and say something in the chat, you would most likely get targeted.
