I don't think the management should permanently ban someone when the actual punishment for it is just a mute it shows complete bias and hatred. But you did ban evade and that gives them a legitimate reason to keep you banned.
However I do think you should be given chance to appeal your punishment, the current appealing system is kind of unfair to old players, let me explain. If I have been playing the server since 2017 I probably have multiple punishments which I have tried to appeal which means I have lesser appeals than new players, It would be a simple solution to just allow 5 appeals only every 6/12 months and after this period all of our appeals are renewed, of course this is just a suggestion. But I do think its unfair that people who have supported the server since the beginning may quit due to the unfairness of the appeal system. Staff members also look at the collective punishments you may have disregarding time factor which may result in someone getting banned for racism permanent "just because I had many mutes for racism in the past" This could have been in the span of 5 years but that would be disregarded and the keyword here is IN THE PAST, Just because I was racist in the past does not mean am STILL *AS* racist now. The rules should be followed, but yk some members of the management think its fair to ban someone known for these reasons. The person's punishments are reset after 7/14 days, punishments should be applied from scratch, not according how a staff member feels towards a player or the punishments he received prior to those 14 days.

Agreed completely. Yes i did ban evade but that does not mean i was not falsely banned due to Pace’s immaturity and Bias’ness.
Back when jartex wasnt a shitshow with people like Pace as sr mods you were asked ‘why do you deserve a second chance’ when you apply for a 6th appeal. It’s completely stupid that you dont even get a chance or people hear why you deserve an unban. Plus i have 4 accepted appeals over past 3 years (so technically ive only been unbanned 4 out of 5).
Yesterday rodagave messaged me about my unban saying me ban evading ruined it. So you acknowledge i ban evaded but not the fact that i was falsely banned by pace? So i get punished and pace stays happy? Thats nice fairness my G (One of the main reasons i did ban evade because RODAGAVE was ignoring my dms about my false ban and chocz said it was out of his hand) Rodagave115 lmk what you think

To sum it up pace abused and falsely banned me and didn’t let me appeal for unban so i ban evaded and month after they still don't unban Me (even tho there’s proof pace abused)

Its so fun to see jartex staff’s are afraid to speak out their fucking opinions and support against abuse. Just refrain from taking things to your advantage; religion (when you messaged Mayak), participating in an argument against someone you hate (which was me back then), playing smart with staff regarding the rules.

Please don't act like you had any say in the matter. You didn't ban us, pace did, you didn't mute us, pace did. You had nothing to do with it as did I other than the mocking of your name. I was not involved with the getting others to say the stuff and I remember warning siber kong to refrain from doing so but you had nothing to do with our punishments.
