Description:

A lot of people are spamming minecarts from their plots to the
map, making the gameplay being less smooth and creating lag
I think that minecarts should be removed due players like that
Apart from that, minecarts are also useless on creative​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

By stopping spammers that will abuse minecarts​

Also I got another solution, the player could be banned for creating a lag machine if they spam minecarts

We ban the player if he does that, the problem is all the
mess they left behind and we have to clean everything

im gonna stay neutral , alot of players like to make rollercoasters ect , but we can make it available only for donator ranks , or maybe add a new shop pack named 'roller coaster' where it gives player access to minecarts , rails ect ...

Instead of minecarts, players can use trains(can get it from other players)
