Remove minecarts​

Description:

A lot of people are spamming minecarts from their plots to the
map, making the gameplay being less smooth and creating lag
I think that minecarts should be removed due players like that
Apart from that, minecarts are also useless on creative​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

By stopping spammers that will abuse minecarts​

Trains are removed, are they not? But we do need the minecarts for roller coasters.

im gonna stay neutral , alot of players like to make rollercoasters ect , but we can make it available only for donator ranks , or maybe add a new shop pack named 'roller coaster' where it gives player access to minecarts , rails ect ...
