Cant Enter bossworld

Im player lvl 10 but i am still unavailable to go into the bossworld. Every time I enter, a message pops up saying I need to be lvl 10.

I am trying to enter bossworld, but it's show that I need to be lvl 10 to enter bossworld, but I am already lvl 10, and to advance to next lvl 11 I need to ent boss world, pls help
