Cant Enter Bossworld

For Some reason i cant enter the BossWorld even though i am Level 5.. Whats wrong?

Sorry for the Bug, but the level you need to go to the bossworld is 10. You need to be Level 10 to access the bossworld. You can do /level for your missions. Ty!

if you check in /level once you reach level 10 the reward is bossworld access so you need to reach level 10
