A VPN won't make your connection any more stable, since it's just another station where your sent packets have to go through!

first try to reset your router, if the message is still poping, then make a vpn bypass here- https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/vpn-bypass-request/ after your vpn bypass gets accepted go ingame and do /linkaccount, then they’ll give you a code which you have to put it in discord by doing /linkaccount (code)

Yeah, you can use a VPN, but it looks like Jartex may require you to get whitelisted first because of their anti-bot restrictions. I’d check with staff before connecting so you don’t run into any issues.
