BUG ultimate box

yesterday on the 18th of may i mined 150k blocks to get an ultimate box , and i did get it but when i type /keys to collect it in my cell so incase it drops on the floor i can pick it up since i mined for a long time approx 3hrs and when i typed /keys i didn't get the ultimate box nor the rare box only the 3 common boxes because i mined from 75k to 150k nonstop, i did take a picture using Windows key + shift + S, but i didn't know the pc saves it to the clipboard instead of an actual file that can be accesed later on or otherwise i would've attached a proof.
