BOT FILTER prob

Hello,

I am playing game as normal and certainly I got kicked (reason: null) after tht I tried to relog so its says " YOU ACCOUNT IS DENIED TO LOGIN. CUZ OF .VPN IS ON.....

BUT ACCTUALLY NO MY VPN IS OFF ON BOTH MY MOBILE AND LAPPY.....

I TRIED RESTART BUT NOTHING HAPPENS....

I Also tried to to it by discord but I don't use it...

Plz help T_T

Hello, if you ever encounter these types of problems, here's what you need to do:
Join Jartex discord server, here's the Link and @ any available staff in #assistance_chat (@ me for this one, Discord @ is Technostein as well)
However, if you do not use Discord at all and are not planning to use it, feel free to start a conversation with me on the forums.
